Wild Oddities of a Nature Woman is a down-to-earth blog that embraces Mother Nature and all living things in a gentle, sustainable way. Come take trips with me into the gardens, the seashore, greenbelt trails, wildflower meadows, on a sailboat, and into my kitchen. This summer, travel with me to the ancient county of Cornwall, UK as I volunteer on 3 organic farms in the place where my ancestors were born, lived, worked, and died.

July 7 2018 - Angela drove me to bus stop to go to Hayle by myself in search of cemetery plots
Long walk down a hilly road from Phillack Church to go back to Hayle Village
This is where Angela and Geoff live.
Beautiful hedgerow flowers everywhere.
Lavender growing atop a hedgerow.
Where my family lived in Hayle
Great Grandma Minnie Trestrail Jenkin lived here in corner unit.
Community Garden in Hayle.
Old cemetery in lower secion (older) of Phillack Church.
Older cemetery is in a shambles. I probably have relatives here.
Finally up onto road leading to Phillack Church
Walked hours searching for family members. Nothing.
